| trey and i teach the younger 5 year old sunday school class (sk's class). i rarely think to take pics of our kiddos but i did one sunday in november….cute cute bunch of kids! this was the first sunday in november when sk was just getting over the halloween tummy bug so she actually wasn't there. |

| i had a girl's weekend in athens in november and went to the awesome auburn game. love catching up with my college girls. we were missing jamie - she's due with baby #1 very soon. |

| hayes had a really bad cold the week before thanksgiving week. she said that monday morning that she wanted to wear big girl undies so i said okay since we were stuck at home. so …..hayes is potty trained. worked out nicely! |

| sk had a different kind of thanksgiving "party." they switched all the kindergarten kids all up into groups and traveled to each k classroom to do different activities/crafts. she drew all the symbols on her dress (pillowcase) at school. she had to earn those 5 feathers on her headband by knowing 5 things….1)her address 2)her phone number 3)her birthdate 4)how to spell "family" and 5)count to 100 by 10's. |

| the weekend before thanksgiving we took the girls to asheville for the weekend and traveled to bryson city on that saturday to ride on the polar express! sk and trey are p.express fanatics so she was super excited. and hayes was excited to ride on a real train. it was fun. glad we did it. the "north pole" lights and all left a lot to be desired but sk didn't say anything negative about it so we didn't either. they loved singing christmas carols on the way back to the station. |

| just hanging out in bryson city…..sk loved the "little christmas town" as she called it….it was really cute! we walked around for a while, had ice cream, ate pizza for dinner and then took the 6:30 train ride. |

| thanksgiving was fun - trey's parents and my parents came to our house. the girls and i were all a little sick - i had a massive sinus infection and hayes had to go on antibiotics too to finally kick her 2 week long runny nose out! |
that's our november in a nutshell. it FLEW by and so is december!! we have a busy december like everyone does but i'm trying to just enjoy it all. i love christmas so much.
