labor day 2009 - the battery, downtown charleston - sk's first picnic.....

labor day 2010 - waterfront park, downtown charleston. sk, 14 months to the day (7 days away from being a full-time walker).....

labor day 2011 - waterfront park, downtown charleston - we can barely keep up with our 2 year old.
that wonderful little 2 year old is heading off to her second year of playschool tomorrow! i'm so excited for her, she's going to have so much fun - so many of her friends from last year are in her class again=) i've been so excited about getting back in the school routine and then i saw "the help" tonight and it made me want to just keep her home with me so that i can tell her how much i love her and how important she is all day long. ha! think she'd rather play with her friends for a few hours.

“the other thing is quality of life; if you have a place where you can go and have a picnic with your family, it doesn’t matter if it’s a recession or not, you can include that in your quality of life.” –jim fowler
