last day of gym.

first, today is mine and trey's 5 year anniversary! my mom will be here tomorrow and is staying for a few days so we are going to go play tennis & go out to eat or something tomorrow evening. it's been a great 5 years that's for sure!!

today was also sarah kate's last day of gymnastics until the fall. we decided not to put her in the summer session. she received a medal today. she did not accept it very graciously......she was in quite a mood at gym today! for the most part she enjoyed herself but she was quite cranky during one of the skills (told miss leigh "no" in a real sassy tone when she tried to help her do something) and during the awards ceremony. i took some pics with my slr but i must have had it on the wrong setting because the pics aren't as clear as usual. but anyway....wanted to document it on here for sk's baby book so i'm posting them below=)

now for the medals....sk was first to go which probably wasn't the best idea!




"off! off!" that's right...my girl, the same girl who is obsessed with all accessories, did not want that thing put around her neck...


but then while the other kids were up there getting their medals, she wanted to be up there which caused some problems so i sent her off to play....and then of course she wanted to wear her medal....two year olds!!
